The freshness of mint, the sweetness of the cocoa and the creaminess of fresh cream: a perfect blend to end a meal.

The cocktail

MATERIAL

- 1 shaker

- 1 strainer

Homemade Tigre Blanc Alambic Edition® infused with vanilla

Take two vanilla pods and open them lengthwise. Take the seeds out with a knife and put them directly in the vodka bottle with the vanilla pods. Let it infuse 5 to 6 days and stir from time to time.

Homemade fresh cream with clove essential oil

Pour 3 drops of clove essentiel oil in 35 ounces of liquid fresh cream.

THE RECIPE

- 1.5 oz. Tigre Blanc Alambic Edition® infused with vanilla

- 3/4 oz. fresh cream with clove essential oil

- 3/4 oz. cocoa liqueur

- 1 oz. of mint cream

 

In a shaker filled with ice, pour Tigre Blanc Alambic Edition® infused with vanilla, fresh cream with clove essential oil, cocoa liqueur and mint cream. Shake and strain twice in a cocktail glass. Decorate with a square of dark chocolate with mint.
