•1 oz champagne
•1 slice of lemon
•1 tsp brown sugar
method
Pour some iced Tigre Blanc® in a shot glass. In a second glass, pour chilled champagne. Cut a thin slice of lemon and dip it in the brown sugar. Drink once at a time with the lemon between each service.

Caramelize the brown sugar on the lemon!
