Ingredients
•1.5 oz Tigre Blanc®
•1.5 oz cold expresso
•3/4 oz vanilla liquor
•1/4 oz homemade ginger and black pepper syrup
•1 homemade Soda Rock
•1 homemade Brighton Foam
MATÉRIEL
•1 shaker
•1 strainer
•1 tea strainer
•1 soda maker
•1 whipped cream maker
•3 cocktail glasses
LA MÉTHODE
THREE COCKTAIL GLASSES NEEDED.
Straight into a soda maker pour Tigre Blanc®, cold expresso, vanilla liquor and homemade ginger and black pepper syrup. Shake and pour into a first glass. In a second glass pour the Soda Rock and in a third and glass, the Brighton Foam.

Experiment with different coffee varieties to expand the aromatic experience!
Ginger and black pepper syrup:
•33 tbs sugar
•18 oz water
•1.3 tbs ginger
•0.2 tbs crushed black pepper
Dissolve the sugar in the water, add the ginger and crushed black pepper, infuse for 20 minutes.
Soda Rock:
•3.5 oz Tigre Blanc®
•5 oz cold expresso
•2 oz vanilla liquor
•1 oz homemade ginger and black pepper syrup
Into a shaker, pour Tigre Blanc®, cold expresso, vanilla liquor and homemade ginger and black pepper syrup. Shake well and pour in a glass.
Brighton Foam:
•1.5 oz Tigre Blanc®
•5 oz cold expresso
•1 vanilla liquor
•3/4 oz homemade ginger and black pepper syrup
•3.5 oz whipped cream
In a whip cream maker, add Tigre Blanc®, cold expresso, vanilla liquor, homemade ginger and black pepper syrup and the whip cream. Carbonate and pour in a glass.
