Homemade yuzu purée with thyme essential oil
Pour 4 drops of thyme essential oil in 2 pintes of yuzu purée before mixing.
- 1.5 oz. Tigre Blanc Alambic Edition®
- 0.5 oz. yuzu purée with thyme essential oil
- 1/4 oz. fresh lime juice
- 1.5 oz. cranberry juice
In a shaker filled with ice, pour Tigre Blanc Alambic Edition®, yuzu purée with thyme essential oil, fresh lime juice and cranberry juice. Shake and strain twice in an old fashioned glass. Decorate with lime.
