•1.5 of Tigre Blanc®
•3/4 of honey infused with bergamot essential oil
•1/4 of lime juice
•1/4 of lemon juice
•3.5 homemade gentian and cinnamon water
•3.5 oz sparkling water
•1 tea strainer
•1 soda maker
In a shaker pour the homemade juniper berries infused Tigre Blanc®, the homemade bergamot essential oil, lime and lemon juice infused honey. Shake and pour in a glass with no stem filled with ice. Pour the gentian and cinnamon water in another container and top with sparkling water. Decorate with the cinnamon sticks.
To release more cinnamon aromas, burn the cinnamon sticks with a blowtorch and savor the burnt cinnamon aromas!
Vodka infused with junior berries:
•1 bottle Tigre Blanc®
•0.4 tbs crushed juniper berries
Crush the juniper berries and add them directly into the bottle of Tigre Blanc®. Close the bottle and infuse for 5 hours in the refrigerator. Strain the infusion and keep only the juice. Rince the bottle with cold water before filling it back with the infusion.
Honey infused with bergamot essential oil:
•25 tbs honey
•1 drop edible bergamot essential oil
Add a drop of edible bergamot essential oil to the honey. Stir and add a drop of hot water.
Gentiane and cinnamon water:
•2 pints of water
•0.1 tbs gentian root
•4 cinnamon sticks
Infuse the gentian in the water for 2 minutes. Strain out the gentiane and infuse the cinnamon sticks for 8 minutes. Let it rest in the refrigerator.
