•1.5 oz Tigre Blanc® infused of Timur berries
•2 tsp English orange marmelade
•1/4 oz lime juice
•3.5 oz homemade yuzu soda / English Breakfast tea
•1 tea strainer
•1 bar spoon
•1 soda maker
•2 gaz carbonator
Straight into a shaker pour the homemade Tigre Blanc® infused with Timur berries, English marmelade orange and lime juice. Shake well and strain in a tea cup filled of ice. Pour the homemade yuzu soda / English Breakfast tea in a teapot, serve with a small marmelade jar.
Let the tea brew longer for a stronger flavor. Serve like tea!
Vodka infused of Timur berries:
•1 bottle Tigre Blanc®
•0.3 tbs Timur berries
Crush the Timur berries and add them directly in the bottle of Tigre Blanc®. Close the bottle and let them infuse for 5 hours in the refrigerator. Strain the infusion and keep only the juice. Rince the bottle with cold water before filling it back with the infusion.
SODA YUZU / ENGLISH BREAKFAST TEA:
•25 oz yuzu soda
•0.3 tbs English Breakfast tea
•1.5 oz sugar syrup
Heat the yuzu juice with the tea for 3 minutes. Ton off the heat and let the infusion cool down. Pour the infusion in a soda maker, carbonate and put it in the refrigerator. Once the infusion has cooled-down, add the sugar syrup.
