•1.5 oz Tigre Blanc®

•2 oz homemade apple juice

•3/4 oz milk

•1/4 oz elderflower liquor

•1/6 oz jasmin syrup

•6 thin slices of green apple

•1 edible flower (pansy)

•Ice

•1 shaker

•1 stainer

•1 cocktail decoration pick

•1 small clothespin

For more texture, use a homemade apple juice made in a juicer!

Method

 

In a shaker pour Tigre Blanc®, homemade apple juice, milk, elderflower liquor and jasmin syrup. Fill the shaker with ice and shake well. Strain and pour in a coupe glass. Make a flower with the apple slices and secure with the cocktail pick. Add to the glass along with the edible flower.
