•1.5 oz Tigre Blanc®
•3/4 oz sugar syrup
•10 basil leaves
•1 egg yolk
For more foam, shake all the ingredients except the egg yolk and the ice, a first time in a shaker! Then add the egg yolk and the ice in the shaker and shake again!
Pour Tigre Blanc®, sugar syrup and pressed lime straight into a shaker. Add basil leaves, egg yolk and ice. Shake well and strain in a glass. Decorate with 3 drops of Angostura.
